What is TCL ?
Tcl, short for Tool Command Language, is a powerful interpreted programming language, and is pronounced T-C-L or tickle.
It was developed by John Ousterhout in the early 1980\\\\'s. Tcl is now used by thousands of companies and has over 500,000 users, often for mission-critical applications.
